3. Payment & Refunds

• All service charges will be communicated and agreed upon via invoice.
• Payments must be made according to the invoice schedule.
• No refunds will be provided once a project has commenced or the invoice has been issued.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information, content, and access required for project completion.
• Respond promptly to requests for approvals or clarifications.

5. Intellectual Property

All website designs, code, and content created by SmartTech Developers remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights are transferred to the client as per agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

SmartTech Developers is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are breached or payments are not made. Termination does not relieve the client from their payment obligations for services already rendered.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
