Refund Policy

1. General Policy

SmartTech Developers ("we", "our", "us") provides professional website development and related services. All services and payments are non-refundable once the project has commenced or an invoice has been issued.

2. No Refunds

• All payments made to SmartTech Developers are final.
• Refunds will not be provided for any reason including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of mind, or project delays caused by the client.
• Partial payments or advance payments are also non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in rare cases where SmartTech Developers fails to provide the agreed service, and the issue cannot be rectified within a reasonable timeframe. Any such case will be reviewed individually.

If you are approved for a refund, the amount will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 15 business days.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, content, and timely approvals. Delays or misunderstandings caused by incomplete information from the client do not qualify for refunds.
